From First Lookto Next Stay.
The vacation starts with a feeling. Finding the right place should feel easy, too.
Skis & Seas brings together condo stays on Florida’s Emerald Coast and at Colorado’s Copper Mountain. Our work through The Suvida Agency has focused on how guests discover those stays, move through the website, and hear from the people behind the brand.

Two kinds
of escape.
Working with Marcella meant getting familiar with a portfolio that spans beach days and mountain stays—and a website that needed to help guests find their way through both.
The homepage became a starting point. We worked on the building and destination categories, their order, and the pages they led to.
And how easily can we help you get there?
Those questions shaped the work: give each destination a clear place, make the choices recognizable, and help the next click make sense.
A clearer
first impression.
We developed a consistent treatment for the homepage’s property and destination tiles, using original photography, white serif titles, and orange details drawn from the Skis & Seas identity.
The beach and mountain collections needed to feel related while giving each place its own moment.
That meant reviewing image selections, matching names to the correct properties, and refining title size and placement across the collection.
A beautiful photograph has a job to do here: help someone recognize the place they’re about to explore.
The details
between clicks.
As the tile work evolved, we moved toward original photos with website text overlays, giving us more control over how the titles appeared across screen sizes.
We adjusted mobile positioning, refined the typography, and worked through destination-page layouts, including Village Square.
So does the page waiting behind it.
The work also brought attention to destination links and property groupings that needed further checking. Those refinements remain part of the wider website journey.
A familiar voice
in the inbox.
The relationship extends beyond the website. We also prepared a Mailchimp guest update, shaping the message and connecting readers with the rental pages.
The campaign moved through review, link checks, approval, and sending.
It is another part of the same experience: thoughtful presentation, useful information, and a clear invitation to return.
Make the next
step feel natural.
The homepage presentation has evolved. Destination-page work and mobile refinements have moved forward. There are still links, layouts, and mountain-area pages to work through.
The next chapter is about the journey as a whole: how someone moves from a place that catches their eye to a condo they want to book.
