A Little Escape.A Bigger Story.
Some places have a personality before you ever give them a brand.
With Casa Paulina, our work through The Suvida Agency has centered on how a beach house introduces itself to the world—from its listing to its visual identity and the beginnings of its social presence.

Getting to know
the house.
Our journey with owner Ana Pau began with the practical questions behind a guest’s decision to book. How was Casa Paulina being presented? What would someone understand from the listing? What needed a closer look?
We reviewed the Airbnb listing, looking at its wording, photography choices, guest information, and pricing approach.
That review gave us a working direction: help the property tell its story more clearly, while making the details easier for prospective guests to navigate.
A name.
A feeling.
A familiar face.
We developed logo artwork for Casa Paulina Beach House and prepared it for use across its social profiles.
The purpose was recognition. A guest finding Casa Paulina in a social post should be able to recognize the same property when they reach its listing.
The creative direction makes room for warmth and personality, with the actual house at the center of the story.
Opening
the conversation.
Alongside the identity work, we began developing Casa Paulina’s Facebook and Instagram presence, including profile assets and social content.
That work gives us a way to introduce the property beyond its booking listing: small glimpses, a recognizable voice, and an invitation to learn more.
Come stay awhile.
The next step is building a consistent presence that gives people a reason to remember Casa Paulina—and a clear path to explore a stay.
Behind
the invitation.
Our digital cohosting work also brings attention to the decisions behind the presentation: listing information, rates and discounts, and the communications that support a guest’s experience.
The listing review identified opportunities to refine those details. Each decision needs to fit the property, the owner, and the experience guests can expect.
That is the ongoing work: bringing the promise in the marketing and the practical details of a stay closer together.
Will they picture
themselves here?
The listing review, identity work, and social content are pieces of a larger story. Now the focus is on how those pieces work together as Casa Paulina’s presence develops.
We’re still in that chapter. The story will grow with the work—and with what we learn along the way.
